Meme Thingy

I stole this one from Maria over at Just Eat Your Cup Cake.

You are supposed to look up from your computer, look around the room where you are sitting and pick up the closest book. Open the book, turn to page 123, count down to the 5th sentence on that page and then post the next three sentences.

Since I'm at work and only have 2 books on my shelves here, it wasn't much of a choice, but still...I thought it would be fun!

"Unafraid to take risks and willing to take a shot at anything, anytime. Women, being turned in to the more cautious (and more creative) right brain, are more reluctant to do something unless they're sure they're going to get it right.

"Here's how the neuropsychiatrist put it: Think of a man as carrying a quiverful of arrows.""

Kind of leaves you hanging doesn't it? heh, heh, heh.

Hanging indeed! I'm all ready to agree or argue or...something. WTG. :)

So, assuming you've read the book, what conclusion did Maureen Dowd reach....are men necessary?

Actually, I haven't read the whole book, just parts of it.

Let's just say...they serve a purpose and leave it at that!
