Why do people feel the need to go at least 5 - 10 mph below the speed limit when they see a cop on the side of the road, thereby slowing down everyone else behind them and causing honking horns and road rage to flare?

Sounds like you got behind my mom this morning. She could p*ss off Mother Theresa with her s-l-o-w driving.
LMAO! I wish I could have blamed in on the weather or something, but it wasn't raining in Jersey when I was on the roads. People just kept braking and going S-L-O-W.
