Today we FINALLY start the kitchen project. The contractor is due here around 8:30 AM to start the demolition!
M and I spent most of yesterday packing up the rest of the kitchen.
We're excited.
Nervous.
Anxious.
Ready to get this thing DONE!
I'll post some pictures in a day or two. I'm still in the dark ages and working with a film camera, so I have do finish the roll first and then get them developed.

It's a little freaky seeing your kitchen all torn up but it will be gorgeous when it's complete!

and I agree with the carpenter...it'll be shocking to have a mess of a kitchen-wannabe-room but once it's done it'll look better than ever.
LOL I think it's adorable that some people still use film cameras. I used to love my good old analogue camera.
btw: Is the kitchen going to be finished in time for christmas?
Well...he got hear at 8:00AM! That's one point to him. I thought contractors are generally late.
I am crossing my fingers that this will be completed by Christmas McC. I have my whole family coming here for dinner!!!
(Regarding the camera - I love my film camera! I'm having a hard time letting go)
