I read an article today about a woman who issued a citation for disorderly conduct because she was cursing at her overflowing toilet.
The man who cited her, was an off duty cop.
She was in her OWN home!!!
I'm thinking there must have been some bad blood between these neighbors in the first place for this to escalate to this level, but still...this is just dumb.
There must be more to this story, or this guy is just an asshole.

Wow. That article made my day. Only in PA.
Figures such simpleness occurs in Pennsyltucky.
And fresh hell - Scranton, doesn't that just figure. I lived there for 4 years over 25 years ago and am guessing it's no more progressive.
I'm going with the guy was just an asshole.
